I'm looking for a recipe for sprouted grain bread. I've seen it called Ezekial (sp?) bread and Genesis 1:29 bread. Basically, it's bread made only from sprouted grain (and sometimes seeds). It has no flour in it (except sometimes some gluten flour in small quantities). I'd like to be able to make it myself, but can't find a recipe for it. If anyone has one, please share it. If I just had a basic recipe, I could play around with it to include the grains and seeds we'd want.

I don't have a clue about the recipe.
We buy ours off-the-shelf at Trader Joe's--cinnamon raisin, sesame and regular.

I too have been looking for a recipe. I tried sprouting wheat berries, dried them and ground them into flour and I used them for 1/2 the flour in my bread but it didn't rise very much. Possibly, the grains weren't ground find enough because I used a blender (don't have a grain grinder).
