I was wondering if anyone could help/direct me with a form to use for tracking and taking notes while my son is at the sitter. He is my first and she is retired, so it isn't the typical DCP situation. I have a form that I use but I'm not sure if I should change it. I started using it about a week after he was born - so it was what we have used at home. I exclusively pump, so I had to track pump times, amounts etc, which I don't do anymore (unless I think their has been a dip in supply then I check that out). Anyway, it just has a spot for time, breastmilk, formula (had to sup when he was tiny, not enough milk from this mama, but just EBM for many months), poop, pee, pump time, pump amount and notes. Does anyone get more info from their DCP? ie: Nap times? Solids? etc????
