Haven't been reading or posting lately...
So much to do in preparation for Monday and start of trial!!!!
The paperwork and cost are completely overwhelming

, but I remain optimistic for the future!

I went in feeling lots of

from family and friends, and that helped tremendously.
While nothing was worked out today

:, I do feel like the tide is shifting... DH's attorney is seeing how compromised he truly is and while she will fight for him (cause he's paying her lots of money), I think she will grow weary of him in the end. Guess we'll see about that...

There will be more dates in the new year. I'm feeling really positive about 2009!!!!

When it's all over, I hope to write more. I'm trying not to give away too much personal info -- don't need my posts thrown at me in court.
