Chiropractor. Also when you lay down make sure your belly isn't pulling downward. Try putting a pillow or something under it to keep it level with the rest of your body. I think the was the best advice I ever recieved.
i just posted about this a couple weeks ago and many many moms said chiro... i tried it out and it worked!
