<p>i just cooked several pounds of grass-fed ground beef and was wondering if i should save the juice and fat for anything. the juices turned to gelatin in the fridge and i know that's healthy, but i'm not sure how to use it. thanks for any advice!</p>

<p>I leave it mixed with the beef and use it in whatever recipe I make with the meat , it adds flavor and the healthy fat to the dish.</p>
