I have been trying to live a healthier lifestyle, but still suffer from fatigue, especially in the mornings, especially if I miss my yoga workout. Some of it is my medication (I take neurontin for anxiety, and it also helps with my nerve pain, but it makes me drowsy) but even without it, I still have a hard time waking up. I have tried changing my diet, going to bed earlier, taking vitamins, etc, but I still can not wake completely up before noon without like six cups of coffee.

What is causing the nerve pain. For me the nerve pain and fatigue were actually related. I had a deficiency in Vitamin D and also coq10. I also had a sleep disorder (apnea). It's also possible the nerve pain is disrupting sleep.

I'd be looking for the underlying issue that ties those together unless you already know what is causing the nerve pain.
