mamas! I am looking for a new diaper bag & would like to know what your favorite diaper bag to use while slinging is? I wear DD in a Hotsling & the backpack styler diaper bag isn't working as well as I'd like. I keep a large diaper bag in the car with the essentials for each child(DS1 is 4, DS2 is 19 months & DD is 2 weeks), so I usually have 2 sippy cups, breastpads, a dipe for each of the younger 2 (will soon be back to CDs), a snack for the boys, my wallet, checkbook, wipes, wetbag, burp clothes & a change of clothes for DD. Any suggestions are much appreciated. TIA!

I wear my my youngest on my back the majority of the time. I would love to find one that the strap is long enough to cross over both of us!

We mostly use our hotslings w/ds in a hip or back carry and I love, love, love our messenger style backpack from the Gap. The thing can hold tons! Tons!
The style is perfect for slingin'-I had one regular bag and tossed it quick because these were the only styles that worked for us. I've always had luck finding them at Old Navy, Gap...I see them more or more lately.

So do you want a larger bag for everything or a smaller bag to carry with you since you have a fully stocked bag in the car? I also keep my fully stocked Skip Hop Expo in the car (unless we are on a day outing like the zoo or picnic) and carry a smaller bag/purse with 2 dipes/wipes, a few snacks for the older 2 kids, burp rag and my purse items.
I've found 2 that I like very well:
www.clutterbags.com totes are very well made and I use this as a shoulder bag that works quite well. It has lots of pockets for organization too
www.ellingtonleather.com I use their Twin Purse as my everyday bag and it actually looks like an adult purse which is nice for a change. It fits quite a lot in there!! I can use this as a shoulder bag or adjust it to wear messenger style which I use often.

I like messenger style bags alot normally but did not like flipping up the flap every time I needed something with DS grabbing at it in his sling so ditched those for now.
www.e-bags.com also has a lot of great bags too!
Good luck
Ann
