1 layer of cream cheese (organic of course, but you could try fake cream cheese I guess)
1 layer of veggie chili (cooled)
1 layer of small diced tomatoes (unless there is plenty in the chili)
top with shredded cheese
cover with foil and plastic wrap and freeze.
When ready to eat, remove plastic, put in a 350degree oven for 15 min, and then remove foil, and heat until cheese bubbles.
