I'm finding that I have time to read magazines while on teh eliptical. The only ones that I get right now are Mothering and LLL's New Beginnings.<br><br>
What's your favorite and why? I'd like one that has motivating workout and weight loss articles, but is health/natural/family "based"... for instance, I don't want 1000 recipes for things made w/ splenda.<br><br>
Magazines subs that I have had in teh past are:<br>
Health<br>
Shape<br>
Self<br>
Cooking Light<br>
Fitness<br><br><br>
What's your favorite and why?

I like womens health magazine. I do read shape, fitness, self too. They seem more about makeup/style than fitness though . I read stuff thats frivolous like that while i work out though. I don't have to pay too much attention to it, and i can put it down when i'm finished.<br><br>
Looking forward to hearing others favs. I'm a magazine junkie.

OK, I just got Womens Health. I might get Self too, it's 2 years for $16 . Magazines are really cheap lately!

I also like women's health. They seem to be about *gasp* women's health! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> They're not all about weight loss necessarily. I've also read positive stuff about breastfeeding in there, which is always nice to see.
