The South Shore Park Farmer's Market is lots of fun. Saturdays 8-12. They usually have music starting around 10ish.

My kids love Grant Park too - but make sure you find the "big" playground, there is more than one!

I'm so glad you posted the info about the u-pick farms. I've been wondering where I can go to pick my own strawberries.

Grant Park is an awesome park! That was the park I grew up going to because we lived around there. Make sure to to check out 7 Bridges, if you go to Grant Park, it's a really nice walk through the woods that takes you to the beach, and it's set up so you can't really get lost, which is nice.

I would also recommend the West Allis farmers market. I really like it because it's really big, and it's tues., thurs., and sat. 1-5 or 6. Saturday has the best variety, but if you need a market to go to during the week, this one is great!

Lincoln Memorial Drive (the Lake Front) is great for walks, bike riding, going to the beach etc. It's nice too because there are places along it that you can stop for coffee, custard, or food. There are also some really nice playgrounds along that stretch too.

If you're looking for a pool check out Cool Waters.

The Wehr Nature Center is really nice, and they have scheduled activities for kids. http://www.county.milwaukee.gov/Wehr...enter10115.htm
