Hi. I have the most disgusting skin on my feet! sorry....but I do. Its dry, cracked and peels up in layers. Its nasty. It has cracked in places so deeply that it will start bleeding. I've tried all the regular moisturizers that you can buy at the drug store....but nothing really seems to help that much. I haven't tried anything else...other than keri lotion, vaseline intensive care, eucerine...etc.....any recommendations on something that might actually help?
Thanks!!
Shikai's Borage lotion - in a green bottle with gold pump handle - at the health food store. This stuff is amazing - and you should also be taking borage or evening primrose oil internally as well, which will heal your skin and make it much more supple. I suffer from extreme eczema when I don't take it.

you might actually have a fungal infection on your feet, it looks like dry skin but is actually fungus. So putting moisturizer won't help. If you find that the previous suggestion doesn't work, try something like oregano oil mixed with some almond oil. Or tea tree oil. Something antifungal. Oregano oil is the strongest.

ok, I was intrigued by the concept of the possible fungal infection in the feet...so I am doing an experiement. I put plain lanolin on one foot (just happened to have that in my house) and then I put some stuff on my other for the possible fungal infection. We'll see which does better.

For what's its worth I've had really good luck with Borage oil (like the Shikai lotion mentioned earlier) for my son's SUPER dry skin. Also I agree you should take it internally (usually a flax/borage combo is how it's sold).

Curious to know how the antifungal experiment goes??????????????
