I have seen a couple of threads mention this-my ds is constantly ripping off his diaper, I thought I just LOVED velcro over snaps....until now. We have a lot of other products but I use a bunch of cpf's and these wraps when we are at home. He has been at this for a while so I always have to put a onesie on him to keep that dipe on! I've had it, so I am finally giving in and buying snapping covers (the last batch of velcro are only about 2 months old-size change : ). Anyway, please, please, please help me decide what kind to get-what is the best for my money...and something that will be somewhat "Colin-proof?" Help!!! I want to order asap, thanks for all your help!
...oh, and nothing too expensive...I'd like to save our $$ for the fun stuff!

Well, we had the same problem w/DS #1, but when I switched everything over to side snaps, turns out he can pop those open too!

Maybe he's just super dextrous (that child can manipulate just about anything with his little paws), but that's been our experience!

MotherEase airflows aren't too expensive and they have sidesnaps. I have been using them for about 2 months and they work great. They don't seems to stain either like some of my older covers did. HTH

Are they front aplix or side aplix? My DD could remove front aplix (and snaps) in the blink of an eye. It took her a little more effort to try to get side snap and side aplix off. Usually at the point when she'd start fiddling with it, I'd tell her to leave it alone and she'd stop. I think a lot of the time it was an unconscious kind of thing.

DS has figured out how to get a couple different diapers off in the last couple of days. Sometimes he's just too quiet when he first wakes up from a nap. Guess he can't go down in just a t-shirt and AIO for a nap anymore.
