Winnie's thighs are getting too chunky for the Small FB, but the Mediums are too big still.

Anyone have a recommendation for a diaper I could try in the interim? Don't need many, as I suspect she'll be in the Mediums in a month, and I hate the thought of using disposables in the interim.

Thanks!

I'm fairly new to CDing so I probably can't help much esp since I have a slender baby and have the opposite problem....his rise is long but he's skinny so if I get a dipe with a long enough rise, sometimes the legs are enormous....I've been using a Fuzzi Bunz small and I also have two other pocket dipes I like pretty well....Mommy's Touch one size and a Bum Genius...so far they have worked out great and their legs will usually fit a wide range of thigh sizes.....I also have a Happy Heiny's pocket but haven't tried it yet. The first two (Bum Genius and Mommy's Touch) might be a good choice for you to invest in since your little one should be able to wear them for a long time since they are one size.....you could get enough to get you through until she's large enough for the Fuzzi Bunz med....plus, you could still use them later too.

Oh no....I had the exact same issue. I contacted FB customer service, and they wanted to inspect a couple of my dipes to see if there were elastic issues. I sent in one Small and one Medium, which they replaced each with new ones. (the smalls were used and the mediums weren't...too big). When I got my new Small, it seemed to be a much better fit, since it was new. But, that didn't do me much good only having one that fit. I just kept using my Mother Ease Sandy's (which were on the verge of being too small also) until one day the FB mediums fit.

I feel your pain!

Hi Renee!

Alex is having the same problems, but our BumGenius pockets have fit him perfectly from when he was little tiny. As much as I love the materials of the FB, the BG seems to have an awesome fit. Both my 2yo and Alex (same age as your baby of course) fit in them wonderfully. If I had more money for dipes I would buy BG to use until he is out of diapers. Maybe get a smallish stash of BG, until you need your medium FB, then you can use them both?

We got these: http://www.mothereve.com/Fuzzi-Bunz-...ors-p-210.html A bit funky, but they worked in the interim (when she was just a bit big for xsmalls, but a bit too tiny for the smalls).

ETA: They say that it takes 2-4 weeks, but I found the turnaround time was pretty good.
