Not "at once" like, all at the same time. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/winky.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Wink"><br><br>
And not necessarily triplets, either.<br><br><br>
I'm wondering if anyone on here has, or knows anybody who has, tandem fed 3 babies (tandem means two, doesn't it? So what is the word for 3... trandem? <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> ) ie breastfed 3 children of differing ages?<br><br><br>
I just saw a family on TV with 7 children all quite close together, the 3 youngest were a few months old, 1 yr old and 3 yrs old - so all those 3 are "young enough" (yes I disagree with that term but you know what I mean <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">) to all be feeding still? I think the next oldest was only 5 or 6, so technically she could be too....<br>
It just piqued my curiosity, is all. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/loveeyes.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Loveeyes">:

I very well may be, in about a week or less.<br><br>
I'm having twins, any day now. And DD, who is 2 1/2 and weaned, has suddenly expressed an interest in nursing again, probaby because I've been talking to her about what it's going to be like having babies in the house. I have told her she needs to wait until after the babies arrive to try it (I have cholestasis, and my boobs itch, and it won't resolve until after deliver, and in the meantime I can't abide anyone touching them.) Anyway, this could just be a passing interest of hers, but if she persists, then sure enough I'll be nursing three. I think it's pretty cool. DD was weaned WAY too young, and I'd like to see her get a few more months at the boob.
