I am feeling really gross too. I got off a plane from Japan two days ago, and the jet lag (13 hours) is really killing my energy. I also have lots of heartburn and acid reflux and achy upper belly muscles. I feel disgusting and gassy and I hardly want to eat because of the heartburn.
I am giving up on working at my desk in a few minutes, and going to go do a yoga video... hoping that will help a bit!

I think as our third trimesters start everyone is having these days. Hang in there!

I know I'm definitely eating less at night due to heartburn, and have had major stomach and bowel upsets that seem to come from nowhere. The ligament pulling is in full force as well.

Take care of yourself and vent anytime you want! That's what we're here for.

I have had alot of nausea lately I think because I am carrying so high and big for my dates that my stomach is squished! It has no room in there! Also I am almost on bedrest, as I see it, since it has been so painful for me to walk. This 3rd tri is going to be a doozy for me!

Ugh... I felt so awful when I was pregnant with my son... it was especially hard at the end when I was 36 weeks and the doc estimated his weight at 7 1/2 pounds... he was 9 1/2 pounds when he was born 5 weeks later so she was pretty darn close! Carrying a term-sized infant around for that much longer was hard!

I am sore by the end of the day too, it's just harder work carrying around a heavier load, my ribs are starting to ache again, it feels like I'm carrying higher up than I was the last time. I found myself thinking last night that it was only going to get worse, then I felt worse... resting with my feet up helps, it takes the weight off my belly. Lovely third trimester as it is...

How balanced is your diet? I was having horrible migraines just about daily and found out that it was due to the fluctuations in my blood sugar. You need to have protien and whole grain carbs(or othe sugars) about every 3-4 hours even the smallest can do it. Like maybe have a snack of peanut butter toast and maybe a glass of juice, or a handful of almonds and raisins. HTH

I have had days like that recently. I think it is from carrying high and big, I have heartburn like crazy, I pulled a muscle the other day in my lower abdomen...my dd was falling off a play structure and was above my head so I went to catch her with my arms WAY up and stretching/jumping...ouch (I'm sure it was a pretty picture too BIG pregnant lady jumping, lovely). I was having some swelling at the end of the day for about a week. For the past 3 days I have upped my protein intake to 100g and actually feel much better.
