We got up at 8:15 (dh was still home until 8:45) and Jack and I had breakfast. I had a bowl of honey nut cheerio's. Just happens to be what I had for breakfast yesterday too. Since then, I've had a little heartburn...had to have a BM...and felt nauseas and a little dizzy.

What on earth is going on today...belly popping, feeling ill off and on...and STILL feeling so tired. I was asleep by 11:30, and didn't get up until 4 almost 5 to pee, then again at 7:15..then got almost an hour nap before getting up. not cool

I feel you. I felt like that yesterday. I had HB that wouldnt' quit, nausea, and gas like you wouldn't believe. I thought for sure something was happening... and nothing. I think the GI tract is just so squished right now... it's bound to happen.

My baby has also been moving a TON yesterday and today. It's odd for him to move so much. But it's actually a little on the painful side because he's so big. I just told him a few minutes ago to take a nap so I could sit in this chair comfortably. He doesn't like it when I sit upright. I think he's squished. :LOL

I'm going through the same exact thing! It's weird to hear both of you guys explain it perfectly! I just feel gross this morning. I really do think that the lack of sleep has a lot to do with it. My body just can't recuperate like it used to, so everything feels like it's malfunctioning!

By the way...my belly is "popping" too. It's like a giant jump or something. Our babies must know it's September...

Ya, maybe it does have to do with sleep. I felt GREAT yesterday, I slept great from 11-5:45, but last night just everytime I woke up something hurt,or was uncomfortable.

I have been feeling sick lately also, I even threw up the other day. I was hoping it would get labor going, but no such luck :LOL Hang in there, these last few weeks are the worst.

I think the weirdest part for me, is with ds I was waiting on labor, but was induced before I had been waiting too long.

Now, haivng lost my plug earlier, and dropping I'm waiting....but trying not to anticipate...it's killing me sometimes.

I've been feeling the same way for about 2 days. I'm hoping it means this baby is coming soon. My sister just called. She left at 5AM this morning and should be here in about 3 hours. Yay! Now I am completely ready for this baby. LOL!

My dh got out my tarot cards last night and asked me to ask them when this baby was coming. I got a card that meant I needed to be patient and then I got a 6, which might mean 6 days or it might mean wht the card means, which is I'm qwaiting for the optimal moment. ROFL! So who knows. Dh's birthday is the 6th, so maybe they'll share a birthday. I'm hoping he comes a little sooner than that though.

My tummy is okay b/c I ate a bunch of meat (wish my body/the baby wasn't so into meat, but whatever) but I slept for crap. I woke up every hour and never really fell asleep. I was very agitated. So then I convinced myself that meant I would have him today. Then when I got out of bed I realized that was a pipe dream. :

Yesterday I couldn't find anything in the house for breakfast so I had a granola bar and it gave me gas. I have been tired too. But its a good thing because I am so uncomfortable that unless I am completly exhausted I can't sleep through the pain. Not to mention I can't even make it an hour without peeing. And this is really wierd but the night sweats I have, they smell like nb poo. THat buttery popcorn smell...wierd. Of course by am it doesn't smell so nice. yuck, I feel really gross.

:LOL I was actually cool enough last night to put the sheet over me! I bought Egyptian Cotton sheets about 6 months ago, and they feel so nice, I've missed it. I think it lasted an hour before dh came to snuggle and I was too hot for the sheet.

Yes, I feel totally gross like that today and have for a few days. Weird. It's good to know it's normal, whatever normal means at this point. :

At least the weather's better in GA, right?

I'm jealous some of you are getting sleep! I'm so lucky if I get more than 2hours in a row!! I actually cried myself to sleep last night, it was the only way I could actually fall asleep!

So i'm in the same boat with the rest of you! I'm gasy, nauseous, tired , cranky, my body aches, I can't poop, and I feel like someone has kicked my in the crotch! I have a few more weeks and I wish i felt like i could stay pg that much longer, but i don't! I want it over with! I want my body back and I want to meet my little girl and share her with her dad and brother!

Now I'm going to work on telling myself I can do it! I can I can I can!!!

Beth, yes the weather is lovley today! Except in the direct sun, it's still a bit too hot for a pg body, but wow, it feels GREAT in my carport :LOL I'm looking forward to going out there a bit later. Maybe I'll take another walk tonight. It can stay like this..and get cooler..that would be perfect! I would LOVE it if I labored at night when it's so cool, open all my windows

On the subject of feeling gross... I have this intense pressure in my belly that feels like gas, but also kind of feels like contractions. How the heck am I supposed to tell the difference? It's in the same region.

Not today but I have days where I feel like you've described. I was like that yesterday but I think it's because I didn't get much sleep the night before. I woke up to a really good contraction (the best one yet) & couldn't get back to sleep out of excitment & anticipation for the next one which never came.

Hope you all feel better tomorrow.

Hmm. I *think* they are coming every 8 min or so. But it's kind of a constant pressure, too.

Who knows. My uterus confuses me. If it's actual labour I'll know sooner or later. :LOL

Yup, when the real things starts to become noticable, you won't be confused anymore. Most likely anyway. I have heard of freak things like mild menstral type crampage and then BAM! A baby! But chances are really good that you will know for sure when you are in real labor. Eventually anyway. Is that vague enough for ya?

Oh, believe me I've had enough prodromal stuff to know what it feels like. :LOL I've had some intense, intense contractions that even baffled my midwives because they were so long and so close together, and yet not progressing or changing my cervix much. Stupid really. I just figure it'll creep up on me one day. I'll think I have gas and then I'll realize... crap I'm in labour! :LOL

For what it's worth, they are still coming every 8-9 ish minutes. 3 hours later. Blah. We even went and had ice cream, and I layed and watched a movie for a while thinking it would progress if I just let it be and didn't think about it. I just hope they stay this mild if they aren't going anywhere, because I'm NOT in the mood for this crap tonight. I want to sleeeeep.

Anyway. This thread can go back to original topic now and I'll shut up. LOL
