While I don't think I am pregnant, the chance it there. DH and I are "winging it" and I did have my first ppaf a few weeks ago. If I am ov. as I use to, there's a chance of pg. I wanted to start taking fenugreek to increase my supply. I feel like I need it, although I never have needed anything before. I've gone back to work, and while I pump at work, I don't get much more than an ounce or two at a time. Anyways, my question is, can I take fenugreek if I am pg??

No. You can't use it in pregnancy. How old is your little one? Are you trying to get pregnant? THere are other herbs to use to boost supply. I find that blessed thistle works as well if not better than fenugreek. Good luck.

My dd is only 10 months old. We aren't trying to get pg yet, but we haven't taken any precautions to avoid it either. That's why I wanted to just be extra careful about the fenugreek. I'll just wait until I get af again to take it, that way I will know. Is blessed thistle safer to use if pg?
