Fern and Faerie customer service?

I bought a downloadable pattern yesterday, and am not able to download it. (Acrobat say that there is an error with the linearized hint data...) And have yet to recieve an answer to my inquiry that I sent off yesterday. Now, I know it's really soon, (I'm impatient because I've had to wait for ages to have the $15.00, and she has no soakers because she's outgrown them, and

), but I was just wondering if anyone else has had these issues? Are they good with resolving them? *sigh* I really want to get started!

got the same. they are really quick with email response!

from what i understand, the soakers and longies tend to be a bit on the larger size. i never knew this b/c i have only been knitting for about a year but thought i would pass that along (im having a prob. with the pattern b/c i only have 3 skeins of wool and im on my last one and not even to the legs yet.

Thanks for the heads up! I should have enough though, an entire sweater's worth.

I'm not too concerned about size either, since she grows so fast.

I just finished my swatch and will work out the figures tomorrow. They're so cute! I'm a sucker for footed baby things.
