I just started with fertility friend today. Is this all I need to do everyday?
1)Enter temp and time of day of temp
2)Enter cm or period day.
Is there something else I need to be doing? Any tips on how to use the site? I'm new to charting. I hope I'm doing it right.

Those are the basics you can add. Really, make it work for you. I add temp (and temp at the same time daily for consistancy). I enter CM & my period if I have that. I will admit I slack with temping if I am positive I am no where near ovulating. The other things you can add is the data, such as cramps, tender breasts, backache, skin breakout to use these things as indicators once you see a pattern. I have noticed women taking meds also add them to their charts. Hope this helps! Good luck

That's basically it. I try to record any "symptoms" I feel post-O so that when I'm obsessing during the 2ww, I can cross check to see if what I'm feeling is something new (and therefore a possible pregnancy sign!), or something that I typically experience.

Good luck.

You can also enter your intercourse (BD - babydancing!). Then, after you O, FF will give you a score depending on your BD timing!
