I am wondering if most of you use fertility monitoring to TTC? Is it just for fun or because you have problems getting preggo? It took us 3 months with the first (not trying) and first try with the second, but I just had a d&c a week ago
. Would it help me to do this even though I haven't had a problem in the past? Will it be different since the m/c or should I O about the same time? I had about 31 day cycles when not on BC and we want to TTC as soon as I am ready.

I chart/monitor out of habit. I don't want to take birth control pills so we practice NFP. I do think that it's helpful to know how your body works whether you are TTC or just for general informational purposes. Charting helps you increase your chances of getting pregnant again. You may or may not ovulate right away. I think most women do within a couple weeks of their hormones normalizing.

I chart to increase my chances of conceiving faster. I has zero problem conceiveing my last 3 pregnancies, but this one is taking a bit longer (unless my period is late for a reason!
