I'm about to order some FBs for DS2 due in august, but I know (have heard?) that there have been issues with MOE fleece lately. Anyone know if the festive fuzzies, with the multicilored inner fleece, have been causing any trouble? Does anyone think that the fleece is too thick to wick appropriately?

The colored fleece is definitely thicker, but it's been working great for us.

I don't like it as much as the thin fleece, not because it doesn't wick properly but because it pills terribly. I've had one I got new about 5 weeks ago and I've had to shave it 4 times already.

Same here, but I didn't shave mine, I sold them on ebay.

Worked fine, but the pillyness was too much (the fleece was almost scratchy after the 1st wash).

I wasn't crazy about them at all. The fleece is thick and doesn't seem to be soft either.

They're not the leaking fleece at all! Actually, they make the best night diapers for us because the fleece keeps him super dry--regular fuzzi bunz give him rashes at night... I have 5 of them in B's current size and we haven't had to shave them or anything...

i don't have any trouble with mine. just cosmetic stuff. it seems to pill more and it isn't quite as soft imho
