well we went for our scan today we are about 6 weeks 5 days along (from date of conception). The heart rate was 120 which dr said was a little low, but he was optomistic. I am reading some stuff that says 120 is ok & some stuff that says it isn't--anyone know wat their fetal heart rate was at 6 or 7 weeks??

I am very excited that we say a heartbeat & very grateful. We go back 5/11 for another scan.

At 6.5 weeks it was ~100. At 7.5 weeks it was ~140. Good luck!

that does make me feel better-hearing actual people's number's is so much more reassuring than reading those "normal" ranges

With my 6.5 yr old her heart rate was 111 at 6.5 weeks. With my 2 yr old it was 119 at 6.5 weeks. I guess my girls just have slower beats to start out with and pick up later.

This time it was 122 @ 6 wks, 4 days. We went back at 11 wks and it was 158. With Natalie it was 102 @ 6 wks and 160's in week 10. They told me anything 100 and above at ~6 wks was excellent.

You guys just made my day!! I have been worried about the rate & not just focusing on the fact that we have a hearbeat!!

I did have a dream the other night that I gave birth to a girl---maybe some pink is in our future
