Anyone else here with a really sloooowww teether? My dd has had these same four teeth since she was 11 months. They all came in around the same time and hasn't had anymore since!

What's going on? My two older dd's got their first teeth at 8 months and pretty much had all the teeth that they should have by a year.

Oh, by the way it's the 2 top front and the 2 bottom front.

Ds still had 5 teeth at around 18 months. Suddenly he started popping them through like once a week. He know has 18 teeth with just 2 molars left to go at nealy 26 months. Don't let it worry you, they will come in eventually. I think it was easier for him to cut them so close together.

I worked in childcare and there were several children with only 4-6 at 18 months--so you've got nothing to worry about. THey'll all come in eventually...

i too worked in childcare and we had a little girl who sounds just about the same as yours.. in her case it was hereditary, her sister was a very late teether and so was her father. It is very normal in the span of teething, shes just a late one!!

Totally normal! My dd got her first 2 teeth at 10 months. Her next two appeared at 14 months, but then the pace started picking up. Two more at 16 months. First molars at 17 months. And now just a couple weeks after cutting her molars, she's got another tooth coming in. Don't worry, late teethers eventually make up for lost time. Some babies don't get any teeth at all until after their first birthday. Nothing to worry about. They all have their own timetable. They won't go toothless forever.

Thank you all so much! I was trying to not let it bother me, but I just started thinking: "gee, shouldn't she have more teeth by now?", but I we'll just wait and see.

Thanks again.
