I've been walking like a grandma for the last 2 weeks! I've been going to the chiro and feel good for a day or two but then start hurting again and feeling like I can barely move around. Just super achey around my whole pelvis, lower back and lower uterus. On a whim today I pulled out the birth ball and decided to sit on that instead of the sofa. Voila! I feel WAY better! I might just sleep sitting up on it tonight <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> Just a little helpful hint for any of you that might be suffering too...

Good to know! I bought one, but then started questioning how helpful it would be. Maybe I'll have DH inflate it tomorrow.
