Just a quick note to say that our son, Kasen Clay Surplus, was born August 11th at 6:48am. Kasen (which means "protected" - and if I ever get around to writing the birth story you'll know why we chose it) weighed 9lbs 12 oz and measured 23 inches long.

Thanks for all of the thoughts...I didn't see anything from Tanya...I hope all is well there.
