Hi all,

I am a midwifery student in Las Vegas and I apprenticed 10 years ago, attended 65 births.

My midwife(who I apprenticed with prior, and have birthed my 2 babies with) is not super busy, and I have just attended 1 birth with her in the last months.

My family and I are planning on moving to the East coast in the summer, but I would like to work on skills and attending births while I am here( I am planning on starting from scratch with the PEP process)

I am thinking of contacting other midwifes in my area, but how is the best way to go about that? Also my midwife does not have a friendly relationship with most of the other midwives here, and I don't want to upset her(but I do want to make some progress while I can).

Any advice?

Thank you!
