there are sucessful uniboob feeders, that provide all the milk needed for a child their whole nursing life, so nope......i see no problem with it.

i wanted to add that I nurse off only one side at night time, and ds definatly prefers the left side to my right. I have a little bit of lopsidedness, but it was that way before kids.
