I am thinking of premaking some smoothie ingredients so I just have to dump in a ziplock's contents and turn on the blender. Is it ok to add the fish oil if I'm going to freeze it, or should I just add the fish oil into the blender? I'd rather just make it totally simple and put it all together, but if freezing the fish oil will alter its good properties, I guess there's no point.
