I agree that it's better from a natural source but there is no way that I could give enough wild mackeral to balance out the over abundance of O-6 in factory farmed meat. Farmed mackeral is just not going to do it.<br><br>
Unfortunately, I don't have access to affordable pasture fed, grain free meat - the least expensive I have found so far is $7.80/lb and with a dog that eats about 40/lbs a month that's not feasible for me.<br><br>
If anyone in southern California has any tips on where you find pasture fed goat, lamb, buffalo, etc... I would love some info!
