How's everyone feeling?

I kind of slacked last week.
: I did make it to my yoga class, which was awesome as usual, and I think we did one dog walk, and I might have managed an elliptical machine workout, but I'm not sure because the weeks are blending together.


I'm feeling good this week, have a bit more energy and am trying to eat healthier, so hopefully I'll be back on track with exercising.

What have you been up to???

Well, we just got home from Yosemite National Park, so I can safely say my exercise the past few days has been stellar!
I am going to try and make it to prenatal yoga this week, as I've been meaning to find a good class for about 3 weeks now.
: I also want to check out prenatal water exercise at the Y.

Feeling blessed this week to have a break from the intense heat! Have been able to ride my bike three times this week and take some small "walks" with DS, although he doesn't like to go in the stroller, so we go at a two-year-old's pace--sometimes running breakneck, sometimes taking twenty minutes to cover one square of sidewalk! Gained a little high this last time--four pounds in three weeks, so I'm going to try to eat a little more healthy this week as a goal. I also start work again this week, so I'm going to try really hard to keep some kind of exercise in there, even though I'll be getting really busy!

whoo! I deserve applause..well not really, but
I actually got in a really great brisk walk today. I had about a 25 minute walk to a playdate and the same on the way back. It felt good to get out and work my body after almost a week of nothing. AND...I decline a diet pepsi and opted for my bottle of water instead. It may not sound big to you guys, but that's huge for me.

Nice job!

Tuesday-went to the Y and did 20 minutes of cardio and stretched.

Wednesday- did the treadmill for 20 minutes and stretched, took ds for a walk in the stroller this early afternoon for about 20 minutes or so.

Thursday- did 30 minutes cardio, inner and outter thigh machine, quads and hamstrings and stretched.
