OK, here's the challenge. I'm not overweight but I am sooo not toned right now. I'm squishy all over. I like my body, I just want it to be a little less "soft" everywhere! I need to find a workout, BUT with these conditions:
.) I can't afford to buy anything right now. Not DVD's, not running shoes, not weights. (I do have a seven pound set of dumbells that I used to use all the time; I gotta dust them off.)
.) I have no privacy. I can't exercise in front of my DH (total mental block) so the only time I can do it is when he's out of the house 4 days a morning. That's fine, but that means I have two toddlers jumping all over me. Literally. DS literally JUMPS on me if I'm on the floor at all, and if I try to do anything standing he'll grab onto my leg for dear life and laugh his head off. So yoga's out.
.) I'd walk, and I *do* walk, but at the rate of going with a two year old and a one year old, it's neither very fast or far that we can go. DD is in a back carrier and DS insists on walking, so basically we go around the block and that alone takes an hour or two with all the things we have to examine.
.) Finally, is there some way I can be held accountable? I'd love to do a before and after type of photo diary, but I do NOT want to put it on my regular blog. I think it would motivate me to get positive feedback. Is there some place to do it without totally embarrassing myself?
