I have a breech/transverse LO and I am 33 weeks. I have been doing cold vegtables and the baby really starts to move around when I do this. Also I tried a flashlight on my lower belly in a dark room, laying down. This also makes my LO move alot.

I need some success stories, has this worked or do you know of anyone this has worked for? There are two aquantainces that I talked to that said the cold vegtables (on the head) made their baby turn to head down. One said 3 minutes, One said 20 minutes.

You're 33 weeks? You have time. Check out http://spinningbabies.com/

I am unsure if it was the flashlight or if it was just time to flip, but my little guy did just before 34 weeks. He was in a footling breech position.

There is still time though, easier said than recieved, I know!

I am trying the vegtables and flashlight once a day, also going to chiropractor, and doing Spinning Babies' website couch inversions.

Wait, so are you using a bag of frozen veggies on your tummy? I thought this was something with eating cold veggies.

Yes. I spoke with two women that the cold vegtables worked for them to turn thier babies to head down. One mom has 7 kids and about every baby was breech, and she had to have a version, until she started to use the cold vegtable method and it worked for her.
