My daughter is 5 months old, of average size and her 27x27 flats fit her perfectly when I do the origami fold (my favourite). What I don't understand or don't know because this is my first babe in flats (I love them!) is how in the world will they fit her when she gets much bigger. Are there different folds for bigger babies? What am I missing? Do I have to buy biggers flats? Please tell me no! If she gets much longer/bigger her crack is gonna start peeking out! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol">

I thought for the most part that once they get bigger you don't necessarily have to pin or snappi the dipes. I could be wrong. My DS is 1 and very skinny so the flats still fit him perfect at 21-22 lbs (not exactly sure how much he weighs)
