Ok Ladies,<br><br>
I am feeling good about getting all of that pissing and moaning out. Now we need to balance it. I know the struggle of doing almost anything in our first trimester. We also know that excercise and things like that make us feel better. So I vote we make some personal goals here, to make ourselves feel better.<br><br>
I personally and going to:<br>
-Exercise daily, even if it just a 20 minutes walk<br>
-Stretch at least 1 time daily<br>
-Enroll in prenatal yoga for my second trimester<br><br>
I figure that even if I am tired and sick I can still stretch!<br><br>
Anyone else?
