soo I must admit I have NOT been good about probiotics (I know the most important part!) since I'm so scared I bought the wrong thing or we are reacting to it --I have 3 diff kind in my fridge--one of the dairy free someone reported a reaction to it, etc...
is this a good one to do? I also want enzymes sometime too so both in one--what do you think? am I missing anything here that all your wonderful expertise catch here?
I think I want to get some of the ultimate Meal for food storage--and was looking into the enzyme/probiotic too.
