I'm not sure what she meant, though. The flu vaccine does include a strain of Influenzavirus B. Maybe she meant the child had a different strain?

I'm sure that's what she meant, I know this years vaccine strain "predictions" were wrong...<br>

I hadn't heard about the death of this boy. so heartbreaking. helpful to read his sister's own words -- I'm glad she was given a forum to express herself after the negative experience she had with the media. so obnoxious that she had to deal with that during her saddest time. thanks for posting.
