I made it out of a lovely sage green cotton- but then decided that the pattern wasn't obvious enough to keep it and frogged the whole thing! I'm not sure if it's more obvious in the photo due to the white/black contrast, but I wasn't excited about the green.

I'm a new knitter so the practice was fine though!
