Folic acid (b9) is water soluble right? So, if one were to take 'extra' in from food sources or multis and supplementation, it would basically just be excreted. Hmmm I still feel like 1mg isn't enough.<br><br>
More research (and hours in the day) needed.<br><br>
The folic acid I take is in canada is anyone was wondering, I forgot to mention. $3.49 for 90.<br><br><br>
