Hi newly expectant mothers!

I just wanted to share something with you guys that is really important to me.. the role of folic acid during pregnancy. A lot of women ( once me!) don't know about it and how important it is to take during and BEFORE pregnancy so I wanted to share with you some information. I hope you find it helpful!!
