Ok, so I heard back from the original seller today (about the Aristocrat) and this is her response:
Hi,
I am writing you about your wool soaker. I understand that it came to you with a large stain on the back. I have no idea how that happened and didn't see it when I sent it out, however, customer service is what we strive for and I believe you- things are possible.
If you are not happy, I would like to offer you two options: You can send it back for a full refund including shipping costs, or I can paypal you 3.50 back if you would still like to keep the soaker despite the stain for a lesser price.
I am sorry this happened.
Please let me know if you would like to do one of these options or if you have another idea that would satisfy you.
