DH, DD & I spent the weekend with my MIL and 14 y/o niece. I have been very, very careful up until this weekend with introducing foods to dd, since I have a severe food allergy. She hadn't shown any reaction to anything at all up to this point.

Well, the niece from
gave dd biscuits and breadsticks before I knew what was happening. DD LOVED them, so I didn't make too much of a fuss, but now her little bottom is as red as can be -- just around the anus. Is there any way to really tell if this was a reaction to the food or a plain old diaper rash? She won't be getting any more bread for a while, since we don't really eat much of it at home, but I also used some Burt's Bees diaper cream on the red spot ...
