When I was pregnant I went for a walk every day and ate more healthy foods than I used to. I stuck to the good food habit after birth! I ate lots of veggies, chicken, fish and well rounded homemade meals. I avoided sugar. I did not drink any alcohol or coffee. I went swimming every morning during one of my pregnancies and that felt really wonderful for my mind and body!

Just make sure that you are eating healthy! Having a balanced diet during pregnancy it's really tough. I have spoken with different girls that have given birth and they've admitted that is pretty hard to eat in balance. Lots of them have been eating frozen food since it was more convenient. They've told me about this site Freeze It | How to Freeze Any Food Items and Ingredients where I was able to find what is okay to freeze and what isn't. Everybody should watch about their body and the food that goes into it. It's not like we are getting another body haha. We have to take care of this one!
