does anyone know how i can make my own food coloring? Can I just puree something like spinach? it's for cookies that are going to be used as lily pads for a froggy birthday cake.

Rich pink color can be made just from a few drops of beet juice.<br><br>
Green - I don't know, maybe somebody else?...

carrot juice for orange, grapes or blueberry for purple (ish), kale (juice) for green.

Yellow? Saffron...it do get expensive though...try the cheap mexican version...might work!
