I know it's normal after a big meal to be full and your body is busy working on digesting all the food, so you tend to feel quite tired. However I feel like that even when I don't eat a large amount. It's starting to get silly now.

I had a bowl of cereals yesterday (average serving size-not large) and for the rest of the day I was so...almost exhausted.

It's got to the point right now where I'm trying to avoid eating anything during the daytime until the evening meal. This way I have energy to do all the house chores, college work and general things. Then I can eat dinner in the evening and it doesn't matter if I'm really tired because it'll soon be bedtime.

It's so annoying, why am I like this? All I want to do after eating a meal is sit down or sleep...and that really tired feeling lasts for the rest of the day. It's ridiculous.:

Help??
