How are you relating to it? At the moment I am needing to eat something, anything, every couple hours to keep the queasiness at bay. This is a constant effort, since I'm determined not to eat junk, and if I let it go too long I start to feel an aversion to all food, but overall it seems to be working. I just feel like a cow
Just now I had scrambled eggs and lightly boiled spinach in butter
Off to roast some sunflower seeds now...
Anybody know why the eating seems to help, btw?

No nausea to speak of, though I'm tired and my appetite is down. Have you seen www.greenlitebites.com ? I was sent the addy last week, and I'm working through their snack recipes now.
Oh, and eating helps because it keeps your blood sugar stable.

UGh, I have NO desire to eat. Everything sounds and tastes' super gross. I am a bit nauseated in the mornings, but nothing too bad. It's the evenings that are the worst. Hopefully food will sound good soon, until then I have to force myself to eat anything.

I'm hungry, but every time I make something to eat, I take the first bite and nearly gag.

Fortunately, chocolate's going over quite well! I told DH it was such a shame that the only thing that really seemed to agree with me was chocolate.

No, I'm (mostly) kidding, I've been eating quite well, but I do seem to feel immediately nauseous after that first bite of some foods, especially in the morning. I also get full much more quickly than usual. I'm feeling more neaseous every day, so if my last pregnancy is any indication, by next week I won't want to eat a thing.

I have seen the website, have yet to look through it, but it looks great, thanks!
The blood sugar thing makes sense. That's exactly the feeling I keep getting if I don't eat, that low blood sugar slightly weak and nauseous feeling. It's like I'm just 10 times more sensitive to blood sugar fluctuations. I wonder, is that hormone-related sensitivity or just you needing more nutrients for all the work your body is doing. I suppose they would go together...
