The Hanna Andersson outlet near me in Woodinville, WA had shirts with what I think are called "lap collars/shoulder", basically, how it's just the fabric overlaps from the shoulders, like on a onesie! They had them in sizes up to 160 (your avg teenager), and reeeally soft cotton! And they were very reasonably priced, too

My SID kid wears a lot of Hanna Andersson and has since she was a wee one. The cotton on their clothes is REALLY soft. When she was tiny, she wouldn't sleep well in anything other than HA...just be aware that the adult stuff runs LARGE!! I bought long johns with stripes and I should have gotten a small---the medium was like a man's medium or even a large!
