I saw my first EVER pro bf commercial lastnight on Fox Reality channel. It had a pregnant woman riding a bull and it said "You wouldnt take chances before they were born, why start after they are born" and went on to say about the benefits of bfing!! I was FLOORED!!!

yup i saw it here too (it wasnt on fox--cant remember though i think it was abc) and wondered how they finally 'allowed' them to air

That was an Ad Council campaign commercial! It came out a year ago. Wow! I have yet to see any broadcasting for it!

Hmmmm, I wonder if it has anything to do with the sit in happening today?????????????

The ad campaign was watered down due to pressure from the formula industry. Instead of talking about the benefits of breastfeeding, it originally talked about the dangers of not breastfeeding.
