France's Health Minister has announced a national debate this Autumn to discuss the future of the country's immunisation policy, amidst mounting criticism over vaccines.

France is one of very few European countries that mandate any vaccines for school. I think they only require vaccines for diphtheria, tetanus and polio but as the country doesn't offer single vaccines for these diseases, parents have to give their children a five in one combo in order to be compliant.

France is also having a lively debate over the HPV vaccines. In fact, just about every developed country that is using these vaccines is beginning to have some noise and concerns...except the US where the vaccines are totally safe!
