I am so tired of waking up at 3:30 am every night! I try to go back to sleep but it's useless. I end up staying awake until 5 or later then being so tired during the day. I've tried going to sleep earlier (8:30) so that I can get more rest before it hits and I've tried going to sleep later (10:30) so that I can be too tired and sleep thru it. It doesn't matter, I still wake up at 3:30 on the nose.

Most of the time, I have to pee then. Plus I am thirsty. But then I just lay there and can't stop my brain from running.

I am thinking it's stress/worry about the u/s next week. I've had so many complications with my other pgs that I just feel like I am waiting for the shoe to drop and find out this baby has a major issue I don't know about yet.

8 more days till me sono! Ugh!

That happens to me too. Don't feel bad. Really, I don't know what can be done to combat it. And just think, it's suppose to get worse as you get bigger. I grab naps during my lunch hour and try to get into work early so I can leave early and get a nap at home. With the weather warming up, perhaps going for evening walks will help.

I often get up at 330 too. Usually I just have to pee, but then it takes me awhile to fall back asleep. If I am stressed or worried, I might as well forget sleep at that hour, lol.

This week has been difficult in the sleep dept for me too. Waking frequently to pee and when I'm not being woken up by my bladder, my DS is waking me. When I get too exhausted, I'll take some benedryl to help me sleep. :
