Worked great - I just froze them before rising on a cookie sheet and transferred them to a freezer bag when firm. We loved it because they are so much better freshly baked and we could just bake a few at a time.<br><br>
ETA When I pulled them out of the freezer I would place them in a buttered dish and let them thaw/rise in a warm spot. In the winter I heated the oven a little (to 175F) and turned it OFF, then let them rise in there with a pan of water in there as well for moisture.
